Install Instructions:

1. Download the file vcap.exe and save it on a local drive

2. Then run vcap.exe and install the software

3. You will need to setup the program in the first session just follow the instructions given by the application.

System Requirements:

• Pentium II Processor or higher

• 16 Mb RAM ( 32 Mb recommended)

• Microsoft Windows NT 4.0,2000,XP,2003 Server,Vista

• 20 Mb disk space (to run application)

You will need other hardware to use all program capabilities:
