Port Scanner

Any network application (such as server, Chat software, Ping, Network share, etc) uses network ports, this are doors that application can enter to comunicate.

 

Port Scan is a operation to searches for a port available that ables to enter on a remote system, this tool can be used to see if your system are protected from a hacker attack.

 

NETWorks have a internal list of the port uses, this ables you to see the utility of each port.

 

 

There are 65535 ports available on your computer, but you can scan only a part of that.

 

1. Enter the server (remote computer) you want to scan

2. Choose the interval of ports to scan (by default 1..65534)

3. Press Scan to start the port scan

 

4. Press Print... to print the port scan report

5. Hide Closed - This ables you to show only the open ports, closed ports are ports that are blocked by the system (Protected ports of hacker attacks)

 

You will see a information like this:
